AN ERROR HAS OCCURED
A problem has occurred in the application. This problem may have resulted from an internet connection issue, internal malfunctions with your computer, or a server error. Please follow these steps:

1. Close your browser.

2. Return to the site and log back in.

3. If the problem persists, try deleting your temporary internet cache, closing the browser, and logging back in.


If you were working on a project when the error occurred, your project data will be temporarily stored in the site's memory cache. After you have logged back into your account, follow these steps to retrieve your work:

1. Click on Projects

2. Next to the heading Current Project, you will see the name of the album you were working on and also buttons giving you the option to either Save or Edit your current project.

3. Save your project and re-try what you were doing.


If none of the above solutions have fixed the problem, it is most likely a server error. In that case, please let us know by emailing support@synetmedia.com with a description of what you were doing when the error occured and we will attempt to diagnose and fix the problem as soon as possible.
